Filipino migrant workers with a valid ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) can create an account.
Download the FastPay APP from the APP Store or Google Play. For account registration, you may register with your phone number, Google account, or Facebook account.

To get your account verified, you will need to sumbit all information required by the Taiwan government to send money. Simply follow our quick and easy eKYC process. See link for more information.

No. Each user can create only one FastPay account.
In login page, please tap “Forget PIN?”. A verification code will be sent to the phone number you have provided for your FastPay Account. After you have entered the verification code, you will be asked to create a new 4-digit PIN password for your account.

When the app prompts for the payment password, tap “Forgot your password?” A verification code will be sent to the phone number you have provided for your FastPay Account. After you have entered the verification code, you will be asked to create a new payment password

If you have recently changed your ARC, please contact customer service to get your new ARC verified.
FastPay App will ask you to upload a new ARC 15 days before your current ARC expires. Please note that you will not be able to use any of FastPay’s services 15 days before expiration date of your ARC.
You can view details of all your past transactions in your Transaction History found on the homepage or dashboard of the app.
You can request to deactivate your FastPay account anytime by contacting our customer service. We are, however, required by law to save all relevant information and transactions for a period of at least 5 years.

No, you do not need a bank account to use the app or any of its services.
You can check the status of your transaction under Transaction History. Once it says “Ready for Pickup”, you can ask the recipient to claim the money.
We will also send an SMS to you and to your recipient once the money is ready for pickup.

Your recipient will need to present a valid ID that matches name you have have provided.
You will also need to provide them with the control number provided by FastPay to you.
No, they do not need a FastPay account. They only need to bring a valid ID to pick up the money you sent.

If you have not made payment to your request, you can cancel any time using the “Request to Cancel” button on your billing details.
If you have already made payment, you can cancel your request only if:
1. The money has not been picked up by your recipient
2. Your transaction has failed for various reasons
Your refund will be sent to your P Wallet as credits. One credit is equivalent to one peso. You can use the balance of your P Wallet as payment method for any of the services available.
